A fun and quick art project, resist art requires:
- Paint
- Paintbrushes
- Masking tape
- 2 pieces of paper/ light card
- 2 frames (or bigger pieces of paper to make a frame backing)

Use the masking tape to create whatever patterns you like. Remind your students that they will be colouring the gaps… this can be a difficult concept for young and old!

Apply paint in the gaps, again using what looks good to you. I use a brush per paint colour to avoid paint getting murky.

Daisy used the same paint colours on each painting so they complement each other.

Let them dry and then frame them.
Uncle Graham loved his birthday gift. These would also make a great Fathers Day gift.
I totally forgot about this activity. Thanks for the reminder, a great rainy day indoor wordless Wedsnesday project for us it looks like!! Cheers!
Enjoy! I love rainy day artsy crafty days!
